Team
"Enhanced Spectrometry" team was formed by "
InQubit" business incubator and leading scientists from the
Institute of Solid State Physics (ISSP) of
Russian Academy of Science (RAS)
in 1998.
The core team consists of the leading scientific researchers in the field of Raman Spectroscopy from Laboratory of
Non-equilibrium Electronic Processes of ISSP and InQubit business development managers.
Chief Executive Officer :: Andrei Vakulenko, MS

Andrei has 10 years experience in high-tech startups as a top manager, including "NPO INFORM", a leading technology provider for
Russian biometric passports. During 2000-2005 he managed "IDEA Incubator", the first Russian business incubator for high-tech startups.
Mr. Vakulenko has more than 10 years experience in international companies and foundations.

Chief Technology Officer :: Igor Kukushkin, PhD, Dr. of Sci., Prof.

Igor was appointed as a professor to Moscow State University and to Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT) in 1996. He was awarded by the
Russian State Award for Physics, and also by Max-Planck and Humboldt awards in 2001. Since 1997 he is a Correspondent Member of Russian Academy of Sciences.
Mr. Kukushkin is the author of more than 200 scientific publications and 4 patents.

Head of R&D Department :: Leonid Kulik, PhD, Dr. of Sci.

Leonid has more than 10 years experience in Raman spectroscopy and in management of scientific projects. He was awarded by Humboldt award in year 2000,
and by President of Russian Federation's Award for Young Doctors of Science in 2007.
Mr. Kulik is an author of more than 50 scientific publications.
Research fields:
Raman spectroscopy of collective electronic excitations in low-dimensional semiconductor heterostructures.
